This is your traditional chubby chernobyl, but better. Bi-visible wing to contrast the suns reflection on the water, and two thick layers of foam with nitrogen infused cells. Not to get too technical, but nitrogen is slightly lighter than air, which means this fly floats better than your typical chubby chernobyl. Did I mention that the body is also made from snowshoe rabbits foot, which is also naturally designed to repel water? Maybe not, but that is another reason why this fly is superior.
